(TSX Venture Exchange - BBR) (the "Company" or "Brett") is pleased to announce that the underwriters (Dundee Securities Corporation, Canaccord Financial Ltd., and Cormark Securities Inc.) of the Company's recently closed "bought deal" equity financing have provided Notice of exercise of their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 1,863,750 common shares of the Company at a price of $2.10 per share for total gross proceeds of $3,913,875. The closing of the purchase of these shares is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, February 17, 2010. About Brett Resources Inc.
