| |  | Ronald K. Netolitzky Position: Chairman
With Snip, Eskay Creek, and Brewery Creek gold mines to his credit, he is one of a handful of Canadian explorationists acknowledged as a successful mine finder and developer. He was honoured with the Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and currently serves as Chairman of Golden Band Resources Inc. and President & CEO of Santoy Resources Ltd., as well a director of several other public companies.
More recently, Ron was a former Chairman and CEO of Viceroy Resources Corp. which he successfully completed a reorganization of the Corporation resulting in a Merger to form Quest Capital and share dividends to VOY shareholders of Viceroy Exploration shares and SpectrumGold Inc. Ron became Chairman of Viceroy Exploration with exploration success of Gualcaymayo project in Argentina resulting in the sale of the Company to Yamana Gold.

Mr. Soares, a professional geologist, spent over fifteen years working in base metals and gold mines for senior mining companies. He has worked in the field of Investor Relations and Corporate Development since 1996. Companies he has worked with include; Sutton Resources Ltd., acquired by Barrick Gold in 1999, EuroZinc Mining Corp., now part of Lundin Mining Corporation, Aurizon Mines Ltd. and most recently Tournigan Gold Corporation.

| |  | David M. Stone, MBA, Ph.D., P.Eng Position: Vice-President
Mr. Stone has 30 years of engineering and financial consulting experience to underground and surface metal mines worldwide. He has managed and led multidisciplinary project teams through prefeasibility and feasibility level evaluations of development-stage projects, and has contributed to the engineering, design and construction of several mines. His mining expertise includes scoping and feasibility studies for open pit and underground projects, and an extensive international knowledge of current mining best practices, environmental permitting, mine planning and production scheduling, capital and operating costs, equipment selection, and financial analyses. He is a licensed professional engineer in numerous Canadian and United States jurisdictions.

Mr.Cook is a partner at Thorsteinssons LLP where he focuses on corporate and international tax planning and civil and criminal tax litigation. Mr. Cook received his B.Comm and LL.B. degrees from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1982 and the Ontario Bar in 1992. Mr. Cook has lectured at the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia and in the M.B.A. programme offered by the Faculty of Commerce at U.B.C. He has presented numerous papers on tax-related matters for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and the Tax Foundation of Canada and is a former director and past President of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

Geologist with over 35 years of diversified technical and managerial experience in mineral exploration and corporate development. He was instrumental in two major gold discoveries in Latin America, each exceeding 3 million ounces.

| |  | Maurice Tagami, P. Eng. Position: Director
Mr. Tagami is a graduate of the University of British Columbia in metallurgical engineering, a registered professional engineer in the province of British Columbia and has over 26 years experience in mine development and operations. Since 1981, Mr. Tagami has specialized in extractive metallurgy and mineral processing project management within mining operations and mineral processing facilities for new base metal and precious metal projects.
Mr. Tagami has played a significant metallurgical and project management role in numerous open pit, underground and heap leach projects in North and South America, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Africa, Europe and Asia. He has implemented parameters for metallurgical test work, designed flow sheets for mill recovery applications, managed projects, and actively participated in several plant commissioning and start-up periods.
Mr. Tagami has supervised and directed both metallurgical flow sheet development and engineering for the resumption of operations of a massive sulphide base metals ore body in Portugal as well as for grassroots gold/copper projects in northwest Tanzania and Mongolia. Recently, Mr. Tagami held the position of senior project manager for Canico Resource Corp. on the Onca Puma project, a large greenfields nickel laterite smelter project in Para state, Brazil, from exploration through scoping study, feasibility study and basic engineering

President of Sheppards Building Materials Inc., he was previously a director of Viceroy Resource Corporation (now Quest) and was Manager/Controller for MacMillan Bloedel from 1974 to 1993. He is a director and CFO for several public companies.
