Ronald K. Netolitzky, M.Sc. Geology Position: Chairman With Snip, Eskay Creek, and Brewery Creek gold mines to his credit, he is one of a handful of Canadian explorationists acknowledged as a successful mine finder and developer. He was honoured with the Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Golden Band Resources Inc. as well as a director of several other public companies. More recently, Mr. Netolitzky was a former Chairman and CEO of Viceroy Resources Corp. which he successfully completed a reorganization of the Corporation resulting in a Merger to form Quest Capital and share dividends to VOY shareholders of Viceroy Exploration shares and SpectrumGold Inc. Ron became Chairman of Viceroy Exploration with exploration success of Gualcaymayo project in Argentina resulting in the sale of the Company to Yamana Gold.
	Patrick Soares, P. Geo. Position: Director Mr. Soares, a professional geologist, spent over fifteen years working in base metals and gold mines for senior mining companies. He has worked in the field of Investor Relations and Corporate Development since 1996. Companies he has worked with include; Sutton Resources Ltd., acquired by Barrick Gold in 1999, EuroZinc Mining Corp., now part of Lundin Mining Corporation, Aurizon Mines Ltd. and most recently Tournigan Gold Corporation.
	Sean Roosen, Eng. T Position: Director, President & CEO Mr. Roosen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Mining Corporation since March 2006. M. Roosen is also the Chief Operating Officer of EurAsia Holding A.G. and is currently a director of Rio Novo Gold Inc. and Bowmore Exploration Ltd.
	Bryan A. Coates, CA Position: Director, Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer Mr. Coates is also the Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Osisko Mining Corporation. Prior to joining the executive team of the Osisko, Mr. Coates was Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cambior Inc. from July 2001 until November 2006 and of IAMGOLD Corporation from November 2006 until February 2007. Mr. Coates is currently a director of Semafo Inc. and U308 Corp.
	John Burzynski, P. Geo., M.Sc. Position: Director, Vice President Corporate Development Mr. Burzynski was the Chief Geological Consultant and Vice-President Exploration for Osisko from June 2003 to March 2006 and has been Vice-President of Corporate Development of Osisko Mining Corporation since March 2006. From February 2001 until June 2003, Mr. Burzynski was a self-employed Geological Consultant
	Robert Wares, P. Geo. Position: Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mr. Wares was President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko from August 1998 to March 2006 and has been Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Osisko Mining Corporation since March 2006. Mr. Wares is currently a director of Augusta Resource Corporation, Bowmore Exploration Ltd, and Wildcat Silver Corporation.
	Sergio Cattalani, M.Sc. Position: Vice President Exploration Mr. Cattalani is a graduate of McGill University, and has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry in Quebec and abroad. Before joining Osisko Mining Corporation, he was a senior geologist working on exploration and development projects.
	Robert Mailhot, CRIA Position: Vice President Human Resources Mr. Mailhot has over 20 years of experience in human resources, as general manager of industrial relations for Télébec-NorthernTel and director of human resources for Falconbridge Mine Raglan, among others. Mr. Mailhot has also held similar responsibilities in the food-processing industry.
	Carol-Anne Lunshof Position: Corporate Controller - Officer Ms. Lunshof is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years of accounting and management experience. Ms. Lunshof is currently Controller of Sheppards Building Materials Inc. and a number of other private companies. She has been a member of the Brett team since 2005.
	Connie Norman Position: Corporate Secretary - Officer With 10 years experience in corporate governance and over 25 years in corporate administration, Ms. Norman provides Corporate Secretarial consulting services assisting public companies to achieve and maintain their public company listing. She has served as corporate secretary for several private and public companies and is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS).
